ST-1 Stainless Steel Water Filter Housing

This Pentek ST-1 3/4 in. stainless steel filter housing is suitable for high pressure and hot water applications. The sump is made of brushed stainless steel 304 for resistance to corrosion and high temperatures, and the head is made of nickel-plated brass for corrosion resistance. The head has 3/4 in. female National Pipe Thread Taper (NPT) threaded input and output connections, and both cellulose and nitrile butadiene rubber (Buna-N) gaskets provide a watertight seal. The housing can be used with standard double open end (DOE) filter cartridges (sold separately). It has a recommended flow rate of 10 GPM, a maximum operating pressure of 250 psi, and a maximum operating temperature of 300¡ãF (149¡ãC). This filter housing is for use in various applications, including residential drinking water filtration, food service, and humidifying systems, among others.
